A Los Angeles spec home set to hit the market for $55 million comes with the ultimate garage: an air-conditioned, exhaust-vented “auto gallery” with a spinning turntable and room to hold about 15 vehicles.

The auto gallery also has black granite floors, recessed lighting and walls lined with televisions and mirrors, according to Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland, who is listing the property along with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency. The developer chose to include the feature because “in L.A., parking is at a premium,” Mr. LaMontagna said, adding that the gallery is “a garage taken to a whole other level.”
